"Cycling in the Himalayas" (Nepal, India, Tibet) – with Antoine Garceau
Conquering the highest motorable mountain passes on Earth! Between the Himalayas and the Tibetan Plateau: sporting challenges, ancient Buddhist culture, and remarkable hospitality. A cycling odyssey to push the limits of body, mind... and self-knowledge.
The program includes several itineraries in 3 countries: China (Qinghai, crossing the Tibetan plateau), Nepal and India (Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand) during several separate expeditions between 2005 and 2018.
Note: The title has been changed to better reflect the actual content of the conference, which will not primarily focus on yoga.
